The weather getting colder and colder, Meg and I decided to warm ourselves with some homemade sushis because, what’s better than sushis and especially when they are made by yourself. Not only they’re so easy to do but your self-esteem will seriously reach another level, trust me.
Having not so much in the fridge other than vegetables, we opted for some veggie makis and nigiris and a little i-have-no-clue-how-is-this-called cheese omelette. So for the first time on the Obzervatory, we’ll share with you our favorites sushis recipes.
